Us
The European Institute for Research on the Middle East, Euromid,
is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2004 and is
dedicated to research and informed debate pertaining to European-Middle
Eastern political relations.
Euromid seeks new thinking and innovative ideas to enable
citizens to understand the region's complexity as it affects
Europe, and to enhance the prospects for democracy and peace
in the Middle East, which is in the interest of the EU.
The Institute is supported by individual donors only. We are
entirely politically independent and welcome collaboration
with parallel parties willing to address these areas of interest.
Our team is constituted from diverse European national and
academic backgrounds.
